I really enjoy this piece, there is so much feeling in it. It really tells a story behind it. The expression on the character is what really got me. Kind of a "hard time depression" thing going on here.
The colours are just wow, being I love fall colours. It ties in with the whole picture.
For a second it was hard to tell what the words said: "Fading Away" but I guess that's just because they literally are fading away.
That fur, I love that fur! It's so adorable.
I'd have to say the one thing you might need to work on is the anatomy. I find the arms a little too skinny and also it looks like the neck is bit long. (Unless the character itself really does have a long-ish neck.)
But, overall, this is really well put-together. Superb job. =')
